Sales Enablement Associate / Specialist

Sitetracker

Austin, TX • On-site

Full-time

Posted 21 days ago

Job description

The Opportunity
Join Sitetracker's Global Enablement & Strategic GTM Programs team as our first Enablement & GTM Programs Associate based in the Americas, helping build the operational foundation that enables our global revenue organization to scale. You'll bring regional coverage to the US sales organization, own the operational mechanics behind enablement delivery, and help create the reporting framework that demonstrates how enablement directly improves seller performance and ramp time.
This is a net-new role with exceptional visibility and ownership. Top performers are defined by reliability and agency-they make sure nothing slips, proactively drive work forward without formal authority, and consistently turn complex inputs into simple, actionable resources that sellers actually use. You'll work directly with senior revenue leaders while helping shape a function that is still being built.
For someone who enjoys building processes, improving operations, and seeing measurable business impact, this role offers the opportunity to help define how Sitetracker enables its global sales organization while following a clearly defined career path from Associate to Specialist and beyond.
What You'll Do
As the Enablement & GTM Programs Associate, you'll own the day-to-day operations that keep Sitetracker's enablement function running smoothly. You'll administer Showpad, build and maintain learning paths, manage onboarding programs, coordinate New Hire Bootcamps, oversee certification programs, and ensure our enablement content remains current, organized, and trusted by the sales organization. You'll become the operational backbone that allows strategic enablement initiatives to scale globally while creating capacity for the broader team to focus on methodology, coaching, and GTM strategy.
You'll establish dedicated support for both the Americas and APAC regions by coordinating enablement sessions, office hours, GTM All Hands, Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Kickoff planning, and cross-functional launch programs. Working closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success, you'll coordinate the PMM-to-Enablement intake process, track key milestones, manage logistics, drive action items to completion, and proactively flag risks before they impact launch readiness.
You'll also help build the evidence loop between enablement activity and sales performance. By partnering with Enablement and GTM leadership, you'll contribute to recurring reporting that connects Showpad engagement with Salesforce performance, helping the business better understand the relationship between enablement participation, seller ramp time, and commercial outcomes. Through disciplined execution, operational rigor, and continuous process improvement, you'll help establish scalable programs that support the continued growth of Sitetracker's global revenue organization.
The Skills You'll Have
Enablement & Learning Operations
  • Build, publish, and maintain structured learning paths and courses within a sales enablement platform or learning management system.
  • Develop disciplined content governance through consistent naming conventions, tagging, version control, ownership, and expiry management.
  • Audit enablement content libraries and partner with stakeholders to improve content quality, organization, and adoption.
  • Design role-based onboarding paths, certification programs, and learning experiences that scale with business growth.
  • Establish governance practices that create long-term trust, accountability, and adoption across the enablement platform.

Program Coordination & Managing Multiple GTM Initiative
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent enablement programs while consistently delivering against competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Own end-to-end logistics for onboarding cohorts, enablement sessions, GTM events, and high-visibility meetings.
  • Drive action items to completion by proactively following up with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Design or significantly improve recurring operational processes that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Introduce tracking mechanisms, intake processes, or governance frameworks that strengthen execution and organizational follow-through.

Data Handling, Reporting & Insights
  • Produce accurate recurring reports using CRM data, spreadsheets, and operational metrics.
  • Build and maintain reliable reporting packs for leadership using Salesforce reporting and strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Monitor key sales and enablement metrics while validating data accuracy before distribution.
  • Connect multiple data sources to generate operational insights that improve business decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that help leadership measure enablement effectiveness and seller performance.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to improve productivity, summarize information, draft reports, or accelerate analysis while validating outputs for accuracy.

Communication & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Write clear, concise seller-focused communications that translate complex product and marketing updates into actionable guidance.
  • Summarize detailed information into practical resources that sales teams can quickly understand and apply.
  • Build productive relationships across Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success.
  • Facilitate enablement sessions, workshops, and internal communications with professionalism and confidence.
  • Partner effectively across regions and functions to improve launch readiness, commercial execution, and seller adoption.

Within 90 Days, You'll:
  • Take ownership of Showpad administration, content governance, onboarding logistics, certification management, and recurring enablement operations.
  • Establish reliable Americas and APAC coverage for enablement sessions, office hours, onboarding support, and key GTM programs.
  • Build strong working relationships across Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success while confidently managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Begin producing recurring operational reporting with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and executive readiness.

Within 180 Days, You'll:
  • Fully operationalize enablement workflows, certification tracking, content governance, and recurring GTM programs with minimal day-to-day guidance.
  • Independently coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews, GTM All Hands, onboarding cohorts, Sales Kickoff planning, and PMM-to-Enablement intake while ensuring milestones remain on track.
  • Own the production of recurring reporting packs for weekly sales meetings, QBRs, and CRO reviews while continuously improving reporting quality and operational efficiency.
  • Become the trusted point of contact for enablement operations across the Americas while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Within 365 Days, You'll:
  • Establish Showpad as a trusted, well-governed enablement platform with role-based onboarding, certification management, structured content governance, and scalable operational processes.
  • Help build a reliable reporting framework that connects enablement participation with sales performance, supporting the organization's goal of improving seller ramp time by 10%.
  • Successfully transition operational ownership of enablement logistics, recurring GTM programs, and reporting, enabling leadership to focus more time on coaching, methodology, and strategic GTM program design.
  • Become a trusted operational partner to Revenue Leadership by consistently delivering high-quality enablement operations, cross-functional execution, and measurable improvements across the global revenue organization.

$65,000 - $90,000 a year
