(FWS) ALN - Programs Assistant (Fall)
Job no: 493541
Work type: Student
Location: Norman
Categories: Student: Federal Work Study
Pay Range: Targeted salary of $12.00/hour, based on education and experience.
Benefits Eligible: No
Work Schedule: Position is available starting August 24, 2026 through May 14, 2027. Hours vary (10-20 hours per week) Work flexible around student's schedule.
Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:
This is a Federal Work Study position at the Assistance League of Norman.
Job responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with incoming inventory of donated items,
  • Restocking clothing items,
  • Processing items for online boutique sales, and
  • Assisting students with shopping in Operation School Bell.
  • Additional opportunities include working with seniors at Full Circle Day Care and preparing promotional materials for various fundraising events.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
  • Must attach FALL 2026 class schedule.
  • Must have received and accepted a federal work study award for the Fall semester.
