PROGRAMMER / ANALYST

Are you a problem-solver who enjoys technology, data, and continuous improvement? Chapin International is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join our team and help support the systems that drive our manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, learn enterprise systems, develop technical solutions, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the business. What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of business applications and reports
  • Support ERP, manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain systems
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
  • Troubleshoot software, data, and system issues
  • Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards
  • Work with end users to gather requirements and provide technical support
  • Document system processes, workflows, and technical solutions
  • Participate in software implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
  • Help maintain data integrity across multiple business systems

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
