In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the production of high-quality components. Your expertise will ensure that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced machining techniques and technical knowledge to support innovative manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop tool and die components using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
    • Fabricate tools through assembly processes using hand tools and precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
    • Interpret schematics, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
    • Conduct inspections of finished tools using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions meet strict tolerances.
    • Maintain detailed records of tool fabrication, repairs, and modifications while adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced
    • environment.
Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Tool Die Maker or in a similar machining or tooling role within a manufacturing setting.
