As a CNC Programmer, you will develop, test, and optimize machining programs to produce high-precision components

This role involves selecting the best programming and machining methods, interpreting complex engineering drawings, and collaborating with engineering and shop floor teams to meet product requirements. Key Responsibilities: Create, test, and refine CNC programs for lathes using CAD/CAM software Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixtures to maximize efficiency and reduce wear Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T for accuracy Collaborate with machinists and setup operators to troubleshoot and validate programs Identify opportunities to improve cycle times and part quality Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot G-code and M-code Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Solid understanding of tooling and materials Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Experience in CNC programming within a precision manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Learn more about Saige Partners on Facebook or LinkedIn.
