As a Director, ETF Specialist, you will be at the forefront of shaping the ETF growth strategy-driving sales momentum, expanding market share, and accelerating asset growth in a fast-evolving investment landscape. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence outcomes by combining deep product expertise with strong relationship-building and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Through your deep expertise in ETF and your ability to clearly articulate investment concepts, you will serve as an ambassador for the organization, supporting advisors in their decision-making and contributing to the visibility and recognition of our expertise across the industry.

As a trusted partner across sales, marketing, and product teams, you will champion innovative ETF strategies that anticipate market trends and respond to the changing needs of investors.

Your Role:

  • Drive ETF sales by partnering with regional sales teams to develop and execute ETF sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers to analyze and segment their client base, enabling the identification of targeted ETF opportunities within each region.
  • Act as a trusted expert to financial advisors, helping them integrate ETF strategies into diversified portfolios.
  • Deliver client presentations, webinars, and training sessions to promote understanding of ETF solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, portfolio management, and marketing teams to develop sales tools and market positioning materials.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and advisor conferences as a subject-matter expert.

Prerequisites:

  • Strong knowledge of traditional and alternative ETFs.
  • Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, educate, and inspire advisors.
  • Professional designations such as CFA or CIM are considered strong assets.
