We’re looking for a Programmatic Trading Manager to join our team for the 2026 election cycle! The Programmatic Trading Manager oversees Associates and Senior Associates while managing mid-to-large client campaigns. This role serves as an escalation point for troubleshooting, mentors junior staff, and ensures campaign quality and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day campaign functions and ensure campaign performance meets or exceeds standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates, providing training and guidance.
  • Serve as a trainer for new staff on all platforms and processes.
  • Manage successful campaigns with measurement elements, including studies and advanced reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign troubleshooting and escalation.
  • Manage campaign execution for small-to-midsize campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and recommend new products/techniques.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Complete expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience with hands-on management of digital media. Roles in the political or public affairs space are preferred.
  • Experience with DSPs, ad-serving platforms, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with a razor-like attention to detail. 
  • Relevant project management experience required, along with demonstrated ability to manage teams of two or more. 
  • Experience managing remote staff is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Office Hours

This position is based in Washington, DC however, we are open to remote work in other states. We work on a hybrid basis with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
