) The Creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of Toastique's social media content across corporate channels while supporting franchise locations with social best practices and localized content opportunities.This role requires someone who understands social-first storytelling, has a strong eye for visual content, can capture and edit compelling short-form video, and knows how to turn brand moments into engaging digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, trend forecaster, and brand storyteller.
Creative Content and Social Media Manager will work at the Union Market Office (325 Morse St NE) 2-4 days a week once fully onboarded and dependent on content/photoshoot locations.
Responsibilities:
  • Content Capture and Editing
    • Shoot and edit short form video daily for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including product features, behind-the-scenes moments, trend-driven content, and product + team storytelling
    • Capture high-quality photography and lifestyle stills for use across social, web, email, and franchise toolkits
    • Produce polished on brand edits on a fast turnaround against the content calendar
  • Social Media Strategy and Management
  • Manage the day-to-day posting and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Write engaging captions with strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and platform-appropriate tone
  • Ensure that all content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual identity
