  • Support the recruitment, formation, and development of students engaged with the Center’s mission and programming.
  • Coordinate operational and programmatic support for initiatives including the Menard Family Tocqueville Program, Constitutional Studies Minors, Faculty Fellows programming, graduate student development initiatives, and academic conferences.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the Center’s academic and public impact.

Data, Metrics & Process Optimization

  • Build and maintain systems for tracking program metrics, participation, and outcomes in collaboration with Center leadership.
  • Lead the compilation of metrics and supporting materials for the Center’s annual reporting processes.
  • Serve as the primary project manager for CCCG’s use of Monday.com workflow automation and project management software.
  • Maintain and optimize the Center’s integrated calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and promotion of all programming and initiatives.
