LinkedIn Marketing Solutions: We help businesses achieve their marketing ROI objectives with a suite of superior products that includes native advertising and programmatic channels. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to manage relationships with our large and often most complex customers. The CSM will leverage their knowledge of online media, communication and relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide campaign intelligence and campaign strategy consultation, including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients.
The CSM will be measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients as well as their ability to drive incremental revenue. The CSM is a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently.
Working collaboratively with their Account Executive(s), the CSM's responsibilities are to:
Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives to provide best-in-class customer engagement.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are met.
  • Provide recommendations and training on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Leverage technology to drive performance-oriented marketing solutions.
  • Advise on creative and content development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery.
  • Support customer education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc client education.
  • Work effectively with various cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, product marketing and insights to ensure customer success, troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error-free execution.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through collaboration with product teams to influence campaign management tools and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Grow and maintain existing business through renewals, tactical reactivations and upsells.
  • Co-develop a strategic plan for your book of business with your Account Executive.
  • Use data and insights to highlight the value of advertising, demonstrate ROI, and make recommendations for optimizations and additional investment.
  • Inspire innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with peers and sales leaders.
  • Embrace our learning culture to develop yourself as a sales professional and colleague to your peers and internal partners.
  • Travel requirements: approximately 30% for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising sales, media buying and planning, or relevant consulting work

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Social, Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
  • Experience in media account management
  • Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising/media analytics
  • Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of providing consultative and data-driven solutions
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience working with large customers

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $173,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
