Job Summary: The Digital Sales Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the digital ad trafficking process. The role involves coordinating with the sales team and other departments, ad project management, order entry across multiple digital advertising platforms, ensuring accurate campaign delivery and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create digital sales proposals, contracts, inventory availability forecasting reports, and handouts for sales managers, account executives, and advertisers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary assets and information for campaign execution.
  • Enter and track digital sales orders and revenue, while keeping available inventory and products updated.
  • Work with account executives and digital ad designers on digital ad production for clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate placement of digital advertisements in accordance with client contracts.
  • Coordinate and manage the trafficking of digital sales campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Monitor and track the performance of digital campaigns by optimizing towards client KPI and ensuring pacing for campaign completion.
  • Communicate effectively with sales team to ensure expectations are met and campaigns are properly optimized.
  • Maintain detailed records of all digital campaigns, including schedules, placements, and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to digital ad delivery.

Job Schedule: This is a full-time position primarily working 40 hours per week. You may also be called upon at times to fill in other hours and days of the week to help cover vacations, illnesses, breaking news, severe weather, or special projects/events. This position may be eligible to work remotely on occasion and at the discretion of the supervisor.

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in digital advertising, media planning, sales, or related environment.
  • Proficiency in digital ad trafficking/management platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technologies, including ad servers, DSPs, and programmatic buying.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML/Javascript
