Job Title

Program Support Assistant

Duties

Include but not limited to:

  • Communicates effectively with customers, staff and management.
  • Develop and maintain the service database reports and create quality work to represent service data.
  • Performs office automation work on personal computer utilizing multiple programs to complete documentation.
  • Receives and reviews all incoming correspondence.
  • Utilizes an electronic time and attendance computer program to perform timekeeping duties.
  • Maintains office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinates meetings and prepares meeting minutes.
  • Communicates suspense items and maintains a suspense file of due dates for assignments and follows up to ensure all suspense's are accomplished on or before the due date.
  • Offer solutions to improve adherence to goals should performance not meet the scheduled standards.
  • Performs basic analysis of the data and generates a variety of reports as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access.
