Join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Corporate Program Assistant Manager, where you will play a vital role in driving the hotel's marketing initiatives, strengthening corporate account relationships, and supporting business development efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing campaigns, manage key programs, and contribute to the growth and reputation of our hotel brand. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic marketing and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, amenities, and special programs

- Manage the Royal Executives Program (REP), exercising independent judgment to develop strategies, oversee program activities, and evaluate its effectiveness

- Coordinate marketing communications across various channels, including digital, print, and social media platforms

- Maintain and nurture relationships with travel advisors, corporate clients, and other key partners to enhance engagement and loyalty

- Support social media initiatives and online reputation management to boost brand visibility and guest satisfaction

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall hotel objectives

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement


Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:


- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality marketing, sales support, or corporate account management preferred

- Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Experience with professional selling skills desired: opening, probing, supporting, closing.

- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools required

- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and WordPress preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks; strong organizational and presentation skills
