Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for employment with our Adolescent Program. The ADAPT program provides support to youths with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home environment.
We have openings in our Bonney Lake and Port Orchard home and are looking for Part Time (up to 39 hours per week) and On-Call staff. We provide support 24 hours per day 7 days a week; therefore, staff is expected to be available to work any shift.
Basic Duties Include:
Facilitate Client Instruction
Assist in Client Household/Yard Maintenance Tasks
Assist in Client Personal Hygiene
Facilitate and Assist Clients in Community Based Activities and Resources
Facilitate and Assist Clients in Health Appointments
Supervise and Document Client Medications
Work to Ensure Safety and Security of Clients
Promote Positive Relationships with Clients
Report all Suspected Incidents of Abuse/Neglect
Maintain Client Cash and Program Funds
Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
Documentation
Maintain Professionalism at all Times
Respect for Client Confidentiality Issues
Positive Attitude and Demeanor
Attend all Required Trainings and Maintain any Required Licenses
