Assignment: This position will work full-time, year-round

The position also requires acriminal history check and fingerprint check through the Department of Children, Youth and Families(DCYF), Tuberculosis test to meet state health requirements, Health Exam, and Proof of MMR vaccination or exemption. Essential Functions/Other Functions Essential Functions: Receive and screen phone calls and visitors. Establish and maintain professional, effective working relationships with families, staff and community partners.

Adhere to program performance standards. Maintain and process fiscal reports, travel documents, timesheets, purchase orders, and credit card transactions. Process orders and track expenses according to accounting procedures.

Receive and process freight and distribute inventory as needed. Enter data in multiple databases. Other Functions: Travel to various locations, i.e

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience working in an Early Childhood program. Bilingual - Bicultural. Working Conditions/Employment Requirements Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Ability to travel throughout Clark County.

Frequent sitting, stooping and bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds in an office environment. Regular attendance during scheduled work hours that can include events in the evening and on weekends. Physical environment may include office setting, remote office setting, early learning programs, or community work sites.
