Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your primary role is to ensure every dish, utensil, and glass is sparkling clean for our guests. You are the backbone of the kitchen, maintaining the flow of service through organization and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning: Operate the dishwashing machine; maintain chemical standards and organize all kitchenware.
  • Safety: Report unsafe equipment/incidents and follow all local hygiene and cleanliness laws.
  • Support: Assist with food truck deliveries (disposing of boxes) and help with prep work when needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team and wear your uniform with pride.


Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift or carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Must obtain a Food Handler’s Certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
