Job Summary
Koddi's commerce media platform serves some of the world's largest brands by helping them optimize the experiences of millions of customers per day. As a Program Operations Coordinator you will be a partner champion - the face of Koddi for your partners and the face of the partner for Koddi. This role will be based out of our Fort Worth, Texas office and requires candidates to be fluent in Portuguese.
What You'll Do
  • Meet regularly with key advertisers and agencies to understand their objectives, share insights, and provide recommendations to improve performance and platform outcomes
  • Support the regional commercial strategy by partnering with clients to design, launch, and manage initiatives that drive adoption, spend growth, and long-term value
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to surface advertiser feedback, identify opportunities, and align commercial operations with broader business goals
  • Contribute to client relationships regarding program management, program growth acceleration and feature development
  • Work with the Program Manager to plan and document all aspects of the specific program(s) you are working on
  • Work across the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of each program is on schedule and all stakeholders know the current status
  • Help manage program quality - ensure all Koddi contributors are leveraged to improve the quality of the program
  • Analyze data and make decisions that affect your program(s) on a regular basis
  • Partner with teams across Koddi to identify and resolve challenges - be the glue and get things done for publishers and partner
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to help us bring new products and solutions to market

What You'll Bring
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Travel experience preferred

  • Proficient in advertising (paid search, display, sponsored listings, etc.)
