MIRACORP is seeking a highly organized and customer focused Administrative Support - Maintenance professional to support maintenance operations at our federal customer site in Redding, CA. This position provides general administrative support as well as specialized assistance with scheduling, timekeeping, resource coordination, security tracking, reporting, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate employee travel, calendars, timekeeping, and related administrative activities.
  • Coordinate resource management to support daily maintenance operations.
  • Prepare, process, duplicate, distribute, and maintain documents, forms, and administrative records.
  • Maintain and distribute staff work schedules and updates.
  • Provide meeting coordination and administrative support, including scheduling, materials, and follow up.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and maintain/update applicable intranet sites.
  • Provide multiline telephone coverage, reception, and general office support to federal personnel.
