Note: Onsite full time with 10-20% travel


I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer that's looking for a Program Manager to lead high-impact manufacturing and capital projects from concept through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving cross-functional initiatives, improving operations, and delivering projects that make a measurable impact.


What You'll Do:

✅ Lead manufacturing, capital, and operational improvement projects from initiation through completion

✅ Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication

✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership

✅ Drive project management best practices and portfolio visibility across the organization

✅ Ensure projects align with business objectives while meeting quality, cost, and schedule expectations
