THE WORK
LockheedMartin's LM STAR Field Service Engineering (FSE) Team is adding a Logistics Management Analyst to support the Logistic Program Manager (LPM) and the FSE crew responsible for the LM STAR stations. The analyst will perform classified logistics duties, ensure inventory integrity, and provide rapid parts supply and calibration support that keeps stations mission ready.
As the Logistics Management Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Perform regular physical verification of inventory at WR 22 and WR 35 and reconcile any discrepancies with the Automated Depot Information System (ADIS).
Verify that all inbound and outbound parts match ADIS records, complete required paperwork, and generate purge/failure reports as needed.
Manage parcel pickups and deliveries at the USG facility and at the Remote Depot Supply Facility (RDSF); ensure timely hand off of parts to FSEs onsite.
Retrieve and process PMEL data cards from the USG PMEL.
Participate in two person lift operations for heavy or oversized equipment.
Verify that calibration equipment for F 22 and JSF platforms is current, "hot ready," and available for immediate use.
Periodically shadow FSEs conducting calibrations or SSRs; flag emerging SSRs or issues to the LPM and the FSE crew.
Work with the LPM to ensure TURN IN assets are shipped back to RMS Orlando promptly.
