Job Role: Program Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Expertise in managing large transformation programs preferably involving SAP
  • Domain experience in Utilities especially utility Billing
  • Must have managed very large programs (>10 Mn USD) involving multiple stake holders from the customer side as well as stake holders from other vendors.
  • Good Stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Program management of a large Transformation initiative involving SAP ISU
  • End to end Delivery ownership for the program.
  • Manage all the high value stake holders including other vendors as well.
  • Work with the Customer PMO team to define and manage the financials
  • Work with the Architecture/Solution group to define the right solution and ensure the team is delivering towards the same.
  • Track and ensure the Delivery milestones are met without any gaps or delays
  • Ensure the program team is having all the needed information and support to deliver as per the timelines.
