Job Title: Program Manager

Salary: $120,000-180,000

Position Overview: We are seeking a Program Manager to work with the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME) Program Office supporting Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management support to the JTCG/ME Program Office across technical, operational, and administrative areas.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor program activities to ensure requirements, funding, milestones, schedules, and deliverables remain aligned with Program Office objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Program Office, government stakeholders, technical teams, and supporting organizations to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with program objectives.
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, technical exchanges, and program reviews, including preparation of agendas, briefings, meeting materials, and minutes.
  • Assist in developing and delivering status reports, highlighting the progress of efforts being undertaken.
  • Manage requirements and documents that will be accessible by the Program Office.
  • Coordinate receiving feedback from various stakeholders through, emails, phone discussions, in person meetings and other communication methods.
  • Provide safeguarding and maintenance of all classified data and material generated from current and previous JMEM efforts in support of development and publication efforts.
  • Establish appropriate Contractor Agreements, non-disclosures agreements (NDAs), memorandums of agreement, etc. to facilitate collaboration and communication across the teams.
  • Provide programmatic and administrative oversight of activities supporting weaponeering, targeting, vulnerability/lethality modeling, and software development efforts as required.
  • Perform other program management and mission support duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or in Engineering, Information Systems, Program Management or Business Administration and 10 years of relevant experience OR
  • In lieu of degree, 15 years of relevant experience.
  • TOP SECRET Clearance required with SCI eligibility.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects, programs, or technical efforts involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, funding and deliverables, and monitoring program performance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with government customers, technical personnel, and organizational leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings, status reports, program documentation, and other management materials.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Project.
  • Experience working with military systems and databases.
