Account Manager

Four Eyes Financial is uniquely positioned to be North America's #1 provider of retail investment advisor technology. We are experiencing significant growth and require the talents of an Account Manager to help us retain & grow key accounts with North America's top independent investment broker/dealer firms.

The Account Manager ensures clients can't wait to buy more products, and that they see their needs in our evolving solutions; resulting in increased lifetime value of the client.


Focus Areas

Client Advocate: Ensure internal functions at FEF understand customers' requirements and respond appropriately.

  • Work with Four Eyes' Product development to ensure our product portfolio reflects changing client needs.
  • Work with Client Success team members to ensure training, support & projects meet client needs.
  • Work closely with the Product Delivery team to identify opportunities to improve client services.

    Manage Client Relationships: All customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are documented, measured and managed.

    • Oversee the successful financial and operational set-up of newly contracted clients.
    • Key person in coordinating new client integrations and existing client product launches.
    • Facilitate strategic communications inside the client organization to ensure we understand priorities and are meeting SLAs.
    • Ongoing review and communication with all client contact points to improve FEF efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of service.
    • Work with technical decision makers and daily managers to monitor and manage SLAs for client success.
    • Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects.

          Leadership & Account Planning: Map client lifecycle and lead internal FEF resources and client contacts to achieve desired outcomes..

          • Ensure the client is successful in using our solutions to achieve their desired results. Collect data for Case Studies.
          • Oversee timely and accurate billings, tracking of actuals and estimates, month-end and year-end reporting.
          • Work with the Head of Growth to identify opportunities to expand existing relationships to cross-sell additional products/services. Including revenue forecasts by product line and aligning sales & marketing to account development plans.
          • Review client profitability & accounts receivables and address negative trends.
          • Present value at every opportunity.

          Qualifications

          • 5+ years of experience influencing executive decision makers.
          • Demonstrated ability to facilitate agreement.
          • Deep understanding and experience managing through CRM.
          • Experience in B2B technical sales or service.
