? 8+ years translating complex analytics project intakes and business requirements into actionable plans
? 8+ years explaining complex data initiatives to business users and executive leadership
? 8+ years managing complex Data Analytics programs as a Senior Project/Program Manager
? 8+ years collaborating with business users, analysts, and agency leaders to validate reports and presentations
? 8+ years of strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management experience
? 8+ years using PowerPoint and Visio

Preferred Experience:
? 5+ years leading BI/Data Warehouse projects
? 5+ years with Agile, Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
