You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the SYSTEMS ACQUISITION GROUP, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DEPT, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT PEO(A) PROGRAM DIVISION, and AIR, TACTICAL, & MULTI-MISSION SUPPORT BRANCH PMA-299 of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
If selected, your salary will be set according to the established control points of this position which are $143,913 - $187,093.
The duty location of this position is Patuxent River, MD.
Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band (DA-05) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage NAVAIR weapon systems acquisition;
2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies;
3) Managing NAVAIR project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources;
4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; and
5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
