Requirement - Engineering Program Manager (Ex-Apple)

Location- USA Remote

Contract W2

Role Description: Supports planning and execution across a variety of product initiatives, with a focus on driving cross-functional alignment, roadmap / intake hygiene, dependency tracking, execution follow-through, and concise status reporting. Partners closely with Product, Engineering, EPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to help move prioritized initiatives from planning through delivery.
Skills Requirements:
o   Strong EPM experience driving complex, cross-functional engineering programs across Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders.
o   Ability to manage portfolio-level planning, intake, roadmap tracking, dependency mapping, and execution follow-through.
o   Strong written/verbal communication, including concise exec-ready status, risks, and decision framing.
o   Comfortable operating in ambiguous / fast-moving environments with evolving scope and multiple stakeholders.
o   Experience with advertising platforms, media, campaign management, data/reporting, or large-scale product initiatives preferred.
o   Strong project hygiene using standard engineering program management tools, including issue / dependency tracking, roadmap planning, documentation, spreadsheets, and status reporting dashboards.
