Job description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our PMO team within Information Technology Services (ITS) in Kansas City, Ann Arbor, MI or Philadelphia, PA. This is an amazing opportunity to work on enterprise ERP transformation programs focused on multi-year system consolidation and strategic roadmap delivery in partnership with Finance Technology.

The team consists of senior and lead program managers and reports to the Senior Manager, Program Management. We have a great skill set in portfolio, program, and project management across complex enterprise systems, and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in ERP transformation (Oracle, NetSuite) and large-scale IT program delivery across cross-functional environments.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 7 years of project/program management experience in the technology industry
  • 2+ years managing large ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)
  • 5+ years managing technology application projects across SDLC and ITIL frameworks

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Strong understanding of financial management, risk management, and enterprise program delivery
  • Ability to communicate with executive leadership and scale messaging across business and IT stakeholders

What will you be doing in this role?

Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget tracking
Lead ERP and enterprise application programs, ensuring alignment to business value and strategic roadmap delivery
Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track
Manage resource allocation across internal teams and third-party vendors, resolving conflicts as needed
Partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and corporate functions to align on priorities and business outcomes
Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO

About the Team

Our ITS PMO team focuses on portfolio, program, and project management across enterprise technology initiatives. The team is made up of senior and lead program managers delivering complex, multi-year programs across Clarivate. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Infrastructure, Information Security, Applications, Finance, Sales, and Product teams, as well as external consultants and vendors.

The programs supported by this team are large, complex, and highly visible, often spanning multiple systems and business functions. This role plays a key part in driving ERP consolidation strategy and delivering business-critical transformation initiatives.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.

This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 2 days a week, Monday-Friday during general business hours.
