The Program Manager V (update Program Manager IV) will support a highvisibility compensation initiative, driving crossfunctional alignment, project tracking, requirements gathering, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting discipline, polished communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fastmoving, ambiguous environment.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, engineering, and compensation SMEs to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, dependencies, and risks. This role requires proactive ownership, meeting leadership, and the ability to navigate challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
Build, own, and maintain the endtoend project plan, ensuring tasks, milestones, and dependencies are clearly tracked.
Lead recurring project meetings: prepare agendas, drive discussions, assign action items, and follow through on deliverables.
Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
Stakeholder Management
