The Enterprise Program Manager plays a critical role in advancing our organization's strategic priorities by leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Work Location

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of our West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position is based in West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across departments to support long-term organizational goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program alignment with broader business goals.
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring transparency and accountability among all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with business units, technology teams, and external partners to drive project success.
  • Resolve cross-functional issues, clarify dependencies, and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program performance and implementing process enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates on program progress and outcomes.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Tracking program performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting as needed.
  • Helping to manage organizational changes associated with programs.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, strategic planning, and business operations.
  • Knowledge of P&C insurance systems and products preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex, and cross-functional programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects with proficiency in the use of agile program management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, provide guidance, and foster collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to interact with business and technical resources for problem resolution purposes.
  • Able to maintain a high degree of customer / client / sponsor satisfaction while also maintaining necessary project controls.

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Master's or similar advanced degree preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification is a plus.

Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $109,432-$136,790

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
