Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts, and captures for next-generation capabilities within our Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product Line at BAE Systems.
The product line is seeking a self-motivated and energetic program manager to join a staff focused on leading the strategy, development, and capture of new markets and solution spaces. This program manager position is responsible for leading and managing a large cross-functional program team, assuring that project's financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
The candidate must be able to work with Engineering and Operations leadership to ensure that development activities continue to exceed customer commitments. This role also includes participation in the support of the development of new business and in the development of proposals. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

  • Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills or equivalent. Strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures.
  • Experience leading major software development and integration efforts. Familiarity and experience with current development strategies and approaches.
  • Experience working with Integrated Master Schedules and Risk Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be cleared to Top Secret.
