Join our fun, positive rehab team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. At Trinity Rehab, you’ll enjoy working in a clean, state-of-the-art outpatient facility equipped with a wide range of therapy tools and resources to support patient success.



Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient program, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance, and financial performance. This leadership role works closely with the Area Director and provides guidance to rehab staff while maintaining a strong, team-oriented culture.



Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and billing integrity
  • Manage financial performance, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Support and lead staff to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Ensure standards of practice and care are consistently met

Requirements
  • Current North Carolina license as one of the following:
    • Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
    • Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
    • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
