POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine (APD-IM) shall assist the Program Director with oversight of all Internal Medicine Residents and Internal Medicine training provided by the Program, and ensuring quality didactic and clinical education at all participating training sites. The APD-IM shall take an active role in evaluating and ensuring compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education's Program Requirements for Graduate Medical Education in Internal Medicine and The American Osteopathic Association's Basic Standards in Internal Medicine
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required: Medical degree from accredited medical college.
Preferred: Experience teaching in an accredited residency program.
