ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track and communicate progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership. The role requires 8+ years of program management experience and strong SQL or IQL analytical ability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).
- Set up program meetings and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
- Proactively and independently research, experiment, and solve problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
MUST HAVES
- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).
- Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
- IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills.
- Strong ability to work as a self-starter.
- Proactively and independently researches, experiments, and solves problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
