Join our Renewal by Andersen of Lexington, KY Inside Sales Center Team! RbA is the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation -the most recognized window brand in North America.

We are currently seeking two motivated and customer-focused Call Center Confirmation Agents to join our growing team.


Available Schedules

Position 1

Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM OR 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

This position is scheduled for full-time, 40 hours per week, with two days off each week. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Follow a comfortable script
  • Confirm appointments with homeowners via call or texting system
  • Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, versatile, and highly motivated
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to leads and existing customers to schedule in-home design consultation appointments
  • Follow provided scripts and processes to accurately set qualified appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details within internal databases
  • Support Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and properly documented
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in alignment with Renewal by Andersens Signature Service Program
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in every customer interaction

$20 - $20 an hour
Base Pay: $20 per hour
Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Up to $1,000

  • Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager
  • Transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
  • Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program, and business applications, to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking.
  • Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Communicate with Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen.
  • Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings. Become a Signature Service expert

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required or 2 years experience
  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
  • Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy
  • Reliable transportation to navigate through territory
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets
  • Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
