Job description

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an Onsite Representative

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

TheOn-Site Representativeis accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

About you

A High school graduate with proven customer service, and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace.

Fantastic communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the willingness to learn and grow. Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.

Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations)

Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications.

Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs.

Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution.
