PitchBook's Product Manager I - AI Partnerships works collaboratively with key stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners to support the execution of PitchBook's AI Partnerships product roadmap. This role is embedded in one of PitchBook's highest-priority growth areas, supporting the Premium MCP Connector, Essential Connector, Select Connector, and Direct Data via MCP initiatives. The PM I will contribute to day-to-day delivery, partner coordination, and product quality for our suite of AI-powered data distribution products. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clear functional requirements and contribute to PRDs for new products and incremental feature additions 
  • Collaborate with the broader AI Partnerships team to support quarterly planning, sprint ceremonies, and shared MCP refinement sessions
  • Support onboarding of new Premium Connector partners by coordinating callback URL submissions, working with engineering to whitelist new partners, and helping troubleshoot launch blockers
  • Maintain and update partner-facing documentation tools, rate limits, or server configurations change 
  • Support marketing and Help Center teams by providing product context, demo recordings, and messaging input for new partner launches 
  • Assist with post-launch monitoring for new products by tracking usage, running customer interviews, and synthesizing feedback to inform roadmap decisions
  • Monitor and respond to partner and customer inquiries escalating bugs to engineering as needed and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors 
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business
  • 2+ years of professional work experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other post-graduate education
  • Work experience in product management or related experience (e.g., technical program management, solutions consulting, or product operations in a B2B SaaS environment)
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, or developer-facing products; experience working with or alongside engineering teams on technical products is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Curiosity and a bias for action comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative on well-scoped problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Smartsheet)
  • Familiarity with data analytics or SQL

Compensation

  • Annual base salary: $115,000-$126,000
  • Target annual bonus percentage: 10%
