Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: - Display algorithm, Image processing, Program Management, AR/VR
  • 1 3 years of TPM or hardware project management experience.
  • Experience with hardware/silicon development programs.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with foundries, silicon vendors, or contract manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of the hardware lifecycle (prototype qualification mass production).
  • Strong communication, risk management, and program tracking skills (Jira/Smartsheet preferred).
  • Semiconductor, OSAT, or display silicon/uLED experience.
  • Consumer electronics product development.
  • Experience managing global vendors across multiple time zones.
