Policy & Governance Support: Provide analytical support to inform Government-led strategic HR planning, workforce research, and human capital governance.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Policy & Governance Support delivering Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation & Compliance - Policy & Governance Support through Lead governance | align strategy | ensure execution.  Further, they Manage HR governance initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, ensure alignment with federal policies.
