Pay Range: $60,850 - $73,019
Offering rate will vary within the listed hourly range above. *Supported by the Department budget & related experience/education*

Role:
The Tribal Victim Services (TVS) Program Manager is tasked with the planning and implementation of services within a culturally based program designed to support victims of crime. Additionally, this role supervises TVS staff and may perform other various duties as necessary to fulfill the broader objectives of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Social Services Department, which aims to promote the safety and well-being of tribal individuals and families.
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements as indicated below, by the closing date of this announcement.
Minimum Requirements:
Driving: Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable with the Nation's insurance
Experience: Two - Four years of direct services to victims of crime. Two years of supervisory experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology, OR equivalent experience in providing services to American Indian crime victims.
