Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of OCI Engineering Summits, transforming the flagship Nashville experience into a repeatable global program while preserving the technical depth, executive access, and premium customer experience that differentiate the summit.

Minimum Qualifications:  A minimum of 8 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function.  Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.  PMP / Scrum Master certification. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.  Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy. Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.  Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization. Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation. Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.  Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Excellent interpersonal skills. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary program lead for the annual Nashville OCI Engineering Summit. 
  • Develop the global Summit playbook and adapt it for regional events. 
  • Lead cross-functional planning across Engineering, Product, Corporate Events, Sales, Customer Engineering, partners, and regional teams. 
  • Own master timelines, governance, dependencies, budgets, risks, and readiness. 
  • Develop attendee strategy, including audience segmentation, nominations, invitations, executive participation, and capacity management. 
  • Coordinate executive programming, strategic partner activations, technical workshops, networking, and customer experiences. 
  • Establish global standards while allowing appropriate regional customization. 
  • Lead post-event measurement and convert learnings into improvements for subsequent Summits. 
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful Summit programming into other OCI customer experiences. 

Ideal Background

8+ years managing complex global programs or events with demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in event strategy, experiential marketing, customer programs, or complex program management. 
  • Proven experience owning large-scale events or programs from strategy through execution and measurement. 
  • Exceptional program management skills, including timelines, budgets, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs without direct authority. 
  • Strong experience working with senior executives and executive stakeholders. 
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, venues, and external partners. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills. 
  • Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and repeatable programs. 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience launching or scaling events across multiple countries or regions. 
  • Experience with highly technical or engineering-focused customer events. 
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, enterprise technology, or developer audiences. 
  • Experience developing executive engagement, hospitality, and customer networking programs. 
  • Experience managing invitation-only customer events. 
  • Experience partnering with regional marketing and sales organizations. 
  • Experience developing event playbooks and global standards.
