About the Role
As a Specialist Engineer, Data & Analytics, you’ll play a handson role in turning data into insights that help Monogram teams run the business more effectively. This is a strong individual contributor role for someone who enjoys digging into data, building highquality reports and dashboards, and becoming a trusted expert in a specific business or functional area.

You’ll work with a solid level of independence, using your experience and judgment to solve problems, while still operating within clear standards, tools, and best practices. Many people in this role become the goto analytics partner for a business function, helping teammates understand what the data is telling them and how to use it. This role does not have formal people management responsibility but often supports and informally mentors less experienced team members.Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Define and deliver meaningful KPIs and metrics within your assigned domain.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness following governance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues using proven technical solutions.
  • Monitor report usage and recommend practical improvements.
  • Work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M).
  • Experience with cloudbased data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, or Delta Lake.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or B2B environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data is a plus.
