Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics / Systems Intern to support data organization, reporting, and system improvement initiatives across the organization.

This internship provides hands-on experience working with business systems, data analysis, and cross-functional reporting in a manufacturing environment. The intern will assist with improving data accuracy, supporting reporting efforts, and helping organize information across key systems used throughout the business.

This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Internship Details
  • Duration: Summer 2026
  • Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Location: On-site in Youngstown, OH
  • Job Type: Seasonal (Temporary), Part-time
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Upon successful completion internship you will be eligible for a $2,500 tuition reimbursement/educational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning, organizing, and validating data across company systems
  • Support efforts to align and improve data consistency between platforms such as HubSpot and Global Shop
  • Help develop and maintain reports that provide visibility into key business metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Organize and maintain datasets to improve accessibility and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support reporting needs
  • Assist with documenting data structures, workflows, and reporting processes
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to data flow and system usage
