Job description

As a program manager focused on portfolio & program mgmt for the Data & Analytics team, you will be empowered to create the structure & frameworks that will allow the team to solve its most meaningful problems. You will partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, creating a program structure across multiple teams that will drive a step change in the effectiveness of our data & analytics offerings. To do this you will be required to work on multiple workstreams simultaneously, empowering teams, building alignment on direction, and maintaining accountability for successful delivery.

What You’ll Do
• Build a portfolio that encompasses multiple workstreams including data & analytics capability building along with direct business outcomes across Supply Chain, Planning, Customer, Digital, Product and beyond.
• Work with leaders across the organization to align program scope and deliverables to strategic priorities.
• Ensure outcomes and returns are identified and attributed.
• Work with finance to ensure the portfolio budget meets targets throughout the portfolio lifecycle.
• Provide oversight to ensure timelines and deliverables during all phases of planning, delivery & release.
• Ensure clarity on portfolio scope, status, and successes through communication to all levels of the organization.
• Enable ways of working to deliver against workstream goals – from discovery thru implementation.

Someone who’s been in the Data & Analytics world. Preferably in the retail/consumer space. Has done the work. Likes a mix of doing & shepherding. Part portfolio manager, part change manager, part project manager, part storyteller.

Experience You Bring
• 7+ years successful program management or similar project or product delivery experience.
• Experience within the Apparel, Retail, Consumer Goods or Technology companies.
• Experience with Data & Analytics, Data Science, AI or similar domains.
• Knowledge of key business functions including e-commerce, retail, customer service, supply chain, operations, etc.
