Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) with a strong background in Data & AI initiatives to lead and drive strategic technology programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, coupled with experience delivering complex data-driven and AI-enabled transformation projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation programs from initiation through execution.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define program objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Manage executive-level communications, program governance, risk management, and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations, dashboards, and program updates for leadership teams.
  • Drive adoption of AI and data-driven solutions across business functions.
  • Track KPIs, program milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager leading Data & AI-related programs.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Data Management and Data Governance
  • Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
  • Cloud Data Platforms and Enterprise Data Ecosystems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

 

Preferred Technical Background

  • We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience managing or delivering:
  • AI/ML platform implementations

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus.
