As a Project Engineer, you'll support field and office operations by partnering with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure quality project delivery. This role offers hands-on responsibility with a clear path for growth into future leadership. You'll help manage daily coordination, documentation, budgeting, compliance, and communication from project start-up through closeout.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate project planning, integration, and completion of assigned scopes
  • Prepare and manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material procurement
  • Lead on-site engineering activities and maintain liaison with design teams and clients
  • Attend project meetings and support owner meetings with project management
  • Assist in preparing project status reports and closeout documentation
  • Review design documents for compliance with engineering and contract requirements
  • Monitor technical progress, testing, and resolution of design and construction issues
  • Track and manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets
  • Promote and support site safety efforts through personal actions and team mentorship

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.

Pay Transparency
$80,000—$110,000 USD
