DESCRIPTION
  • Program Tracking & Reporting ​

  • Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering  changes, and material certifications. ​

  • Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence. ​

  • Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to  stakeholders. ​

  • Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering  deliverables. ​

  • Ensure consistent documentation and process adherence across teams using Confluence pages and templates. ​

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration ​

  • Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestonesand deliverables. ​

  • Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up to ensure completion. ​

  • Communication & Reporting ​

  • Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews. ​

  • Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress. ​

REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience  in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. ​
  • Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments. ​
  • Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management,  and product lifecycle management (PLM)systems. ​
  • Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
  • English (C1-C2)
  • 12 months contract
