Placement: Direct Hire, Full Time, Non-Contract

Program Manager (Body Controls)

Livonia, Michigan  


  • Coordinate with project teams - Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing concerning project issues.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers.
  • Retain responsibility for product after launch and pursue continuous improvements
  • Introduce product according to GDPIM and execute APQP safe launch plans. 
Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent internal and customer facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Extensive understanding of financial analysis related to repetitive manufacturing.
  • Manufacturing and design and development processes experience within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of advanced quality planning tools required in the automotive industry.
  • Leadership skills to provide direction to teams that do not report to the Program Manager.
