Overview
SOSi is seeking a Mission Lead to serve as the on-site liaison between Government leadership and the contract GEOINT workforce, providing technical, analytical, and operational oversight across Advanced GEOINT (AGI), Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG), and related sub-disciplines within the Army GEOINT Enterprise. The Mission Lead performs all levels of analysis and production (A&P while supervising contract analysts, managing shift operations, ensuring task execution aligns with mission priorities, and escalating recommendations to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager as necessary.
Essential Job Duties
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Government leadership, contractor personnel, and the SOSi program management team, ensuring continuous communication, task prioritization, and synchronization of GEOINT production and analysis activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day mission execution across Advanced GEOINT (AGI), Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG), and related sub-disciplines (SAR, TIR, Spectral, EO, MTI, FMV, WAPS, OPIR, and LiDAR) to ensure analytical products meet all accuracy, quality, and timeliness standards.
  • Lead and mentor contractor GEOINT analysts, providing technical guidance, reviewing work for compliance with established methodologies, and conducting final quality control and product release to the Government.
  • Coordinate shift operations and resource allocation, maintaining situational awareness of personnel assignments, workload distribution, and operational tempo to meet mission demands under dynamic conditions.
  • Support program leadership through feedback and escalation, identifying performance issues, recommending process improvements, and providing mission-focused insight to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR
    • BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR
    • HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience.
  • Active in scope TS/SCI.
  • Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills.
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects.
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.
  • Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder.
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG).

  • The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Government sites worldwide; however, the primary performance location for this contract will be Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government reserves the right to require contract performance at alternate locations, as dictated by mission requirements, and these locations may be subject to change.
