Plans, presents and executes donor events including suggested programs, logistic plans, agreement negotiations and financial projections under the vision and strategy of Foundation leadership. Provides high-touch donor support to meet fundraising goals. Maintains a high-level of organization and communication with compassion for others in a dynamic event environment. Attends Foundation events to ensure overall success.

Required: Bachelor's degree or additional four (4) years of related experience in lieu of bachelor's degree

Experience:

Required: Five (5) years of experience in an event coordination or account management role responsible for budgeting, financial reporting or client relations
Preferred: Leadership, fundraising or client relations experience

Reports To: Donor Engagement and Events Senior Director

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected situations, Ability to create and maintain positive interpersonal relations with peers, staff, leaders and vendors, Ability to create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors, demonstrating empathy and respect in all interactions, Ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner, Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications, Ability to work in various environments, including indoor venues, outdoor spaces and large-scale event locations, Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail

Essential Responsibilities

1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Responsible for Foundation 24/7 In-Home Events, Circle of Stars Events and Latinos in Philanthropy Events; creates suggested program and logistic plans, within budget and under the vision and strategy of Foundation leadership; manages each event from start to finish, leading Foundation staff and execution of the events.
3. Responsible for Foundation Third Party Events; leads discussions with Third Party Group Donors and venues to create a suggested program and logistics plan under Foundation leadership vision and operations; works with Third Party Group Donors to meet their expectations while ensuring warm donor experiences, optimal event logistics and meeting event budget.
4. Cultivates relationships and works effectively with Major Donors, Vendor Partners and numerous Medical Center departments, committee leadership and community business leaders to implement successful events.
5. Prepares and maintains timelines for invitations, programs, logistics and meets budget requirements for events and meetings as set by the Director of Events; consistently meets project deadlines, juggling multiple events at one time and proactively identifying, problem solving and communicating.
6. Negotiates and reviews contracts; works with Director of Events and Eisenhower Legal team to ensure business goals, costs efficiencies and top-quality outcomes.
7. Manages financial P & L and reconciliation support to director; consistently reconciles and reports on all budget and projections.
8. Answers and responds to donor inquiries using independent judgment to escalate, accommodate, or resolve issues in alignment with donor experience strategy.
9. Ensures 5-star Excellence of Eisenhower Health Foundation are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day in operations and relationships, while being fiscally responsible.
10. Attends Foundation Events and facilities onsite execution to ensure expectations are met by vendors and successful outcomes.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
