ResponsibilitiesStrategic Collaboration & Market Development
  • Partner with District Sales Managers (DSMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and the Regional Service & Training Manager (RSTM) to develop and execute territory-specific sales and service strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share across product categories, customer segments, and key accounts.
  • Participate in regular business reviews to evaluate territory performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the Hayward customer experience through technical support, training, aftermarket service, and service network development.
Service Network Management
  • Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing network of authorized service providers.
  • Recruit new service partners to strengthen territory coverage where needed.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for escalated service issues and product support.
  • Deliver technical training to service providers independently or alongside the Regional Service & Training Manager.
Territory Management & Sales Support
  • Manage territory resources and contribute to annual planning and budgeting activities.
  • Support builders, dealers, distributors, retailers, and service providers in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with the sales team to strengthen existing relationships and onboard new customers.
  • Lead product demonstrations, technical training sessions, trade shows, and other customer engagement events throughout the territory.
Technical Support & Customer Experience
  • Serve as Hayward's local technical representative and trusted advisor for customers within the territory.
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits, technical consultations, and ongoing support.
  • Resolve escalated product and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and educational training as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent pool industry experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of technical experience within the swimming pool industry, preferably in a field service, technical support, or territory management role.
  • Strong knowledge of pool equipment, automation systems, repairs, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
  • Must reside within the Riverside County area.
