Who will I be working with?You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.


What level Clearance do I need?You must possess anactive Secret clearance.


Who will I be working with?In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors.


What will I be doing?Using your expertise in program management, you will be providing support as the overall lead of a team supporting USAF readiness and future operations training.In addition, you will:

  • Be responsible for the performance of significant training programs or multiple smaller training programs in accordance with contract requirements and government policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Oversee the technology development and/or application and resource allocation within program client base
  • Manage projects of moderate technical complexity
  • Train and direct employee work activities
  • Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, handle discipline problems, and provide input to hiring and firing
  • Other duties as assigned


What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet theminimumrequirements:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Certified Program Manager
  • 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • 5 years of USAF MAJCOM experience
  • Working knowledge of concepts and doctrine of Air Force Readiness and pre-deployment training programs
